I will
interview you by assessing your likes, dislikes, special
dietary needs, medical conditions and allergies. I prefer
to do this in your home so that I may tour your kitchen. At
this time, I can assess the amount of meals that you will
require and how often you will need our services. You may
determine whether you would like your entrees and side
dishes left fresh and/or frozen. I am flexible to your
schedule and can cook as often or as little as you like
whether it’s weekly, bi-weekly, monthly.
I will create menus specifically designed for your
culinary needs. I can supply you with a menu to choose from
or let us create a menu for you based on your needs ands and
desires. I don’t use fixed or standard menus, so menu
design is kept fresh and seasonal.
I will grocery shop for the fresh food on the same
day of your cook date.
I will prepare, label and store your freshly
prepared food in the fridge or freezer with easy to
understand heating instructions. I bring all of my own
equipment, pots, pans, utensils and pantry items.
I will leave your kitchen clean and tidy with the
aroma of freshly prepared, beautiful food left for you to
enjoy.
You will feel renewed and relaxed from eating fresh
and nutritious food.
